Procedures of every length, every specialist
A 20-minute consultation and a 90-minute peel each take their real length in the specialist’s column. Overlaps and gaps are visible before the day starts.
For cosmetology clinics
Booking software for cosmetology clinics
Procedures of every specialist in one calendar, each client’s procedure history and notes in one card, and consumables counted down to the last ampoule.
The whole procedure history
Every procedure, specialist, branch and price is in the client’s card, with notes on skin type, reactions and the plan for the next visit, and a history of every change.
Consumables, counted
Serums, ampoules, masks and disposables are tracked per warehouse with receipts and write-offs, so stock matches what the clinic actually used.
Payments and numbers by day
Record cash, card or transfer after the procedure, split in one visit if needed. Reports show revenue, bookings and no-shows by day, specialist or procedure.
